IP Valuation
We assess brand value which is key in attracting investors or in preparation for any merger, joint venture or sale. Our founding partner, Wong Jin Nee, is an IP valuer trained by MyIPO and certified by the World Trade Institute in Berne, Switzerland.
IP Enforcement
We work closely with private investigators to identify potential infringements and develop holistic and strategic enforcement programs for clients based on their corporate goals, targets, and objectives. Cease and desist letter programs, administrative raid actions and online takedown measures are part of routine work.
IP Litigation and Dispute Resolution
We formulate pragmatic strategies based on the nature of the dispute as well as the client’s objectives. While we strive to settle matters out of court through mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations, we also have the expertise to appear in all trial and appellate courts.
