Wong Jin Nee is a Registered Patent Agent, Registered Trade Mark Agent and Registered Industrial Agent in Malaysia. She is the Past President of the Licensing Executives Society Malaysia (2000), past Chair of the Bar Council IP Committee, former Head of IPR Committee of the EU-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce (EU-MCCI) and past executive committee member of the Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA). Jin Nee is one of the panelists appointed by Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) and Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (ADNDRC) and a certified mediator on the panel of the Malaysian Mediation Centre. Jin Nee is also one the certified IP Valuers in Malaysia.
